Privacy Policy
Effective Date: Jan 12, 2026
Sparkli (“SPARKLI AG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to the highest standards of privacy for children, parents, and educators. This policy explains how we handle information on our informational website as we prepare for our public launch.
1. Who we are
Sparkli is an educational platform designed to make learning engaging and personalized for children. Sparkli is currently in a "Stealth Exit" phase. This website is designed to provide information to parents and educators and to manage our Early Access Waitlist.
2. Information we collect
During this pre-launch phase, we only collect information from adults (parents, guardians, or educators).
Information You Provide:
When you sign up for Early Access or our newsletter, we collect your email address and any professional role you self-identify (e.g., "Parent" or "Teacher").
Automatic Technical Data:
Like most websites, we collect standard technical details (IP address, browser type) via essential cookies to ensure site performance and security.
Important: This website does not require children to submit any personal information.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the information collected on this site to:
Manage the Sparkli Early Access program.
Send you exclusive updates and "embargoed" announcements related to our launch.
4. Children’s Privacy Commitment
While this website is for adults, the Sparkli App (launching soon) is built from the ground up to be COPPA and GDPR-K compliant.
No Tracking: We do not use behavioral tracking or advertising on platforms intended for children.
Verified Consent: When the app launches, any data collection involving a minor will require Verified Parental Consent (VPC).
5. Data Sharing & Security
No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Service Providers: We use a limited number of trusted partners (e.g., secure email servers and analytics) to maintain this website
Swiss Protection: Your data is stored securely and processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU GDPR.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your email from our waitlist at any time. To exercise these rights or to "forget" your early access profile, please contact us at support@sparkli.ai.
7. Changes to this Policy
As we transition from "Stealth" to "Public" after the Bett Conference, this policy will be updated to reflect the full data practices of the Sparkli App. We will notify all waitlist members of significant changes via email.
